Signature Kitchen Suite/LG Builder - Concierge Coordinator
We are currently seeking a Concierge Coordinator to join our dynamic Signature Kitchen Suite / LG for Builders team located in our new Experience and Design Center in Napa, CA.
LG Electronics, a global fortune 500 company widely known as one of the world’s biggest innovators in home appliances, is expanding its brand to include a 23,000 square foot luxury appliance showroom located in Napa, CA. The facility will include a portfolio of kitchen appliances brands: LG, LG Studio, LG Signature and Signature Kitchen Suite supporting the B2B business.
We’re seeking a savvy, experienced Concierge Coordinator to help bring this experience to life. Your Concierge skills will help you provide an experience like no other to our guests. Your proactive attitude will assist in the efficient and smooth administrative processes and procedures to maintain a functional and presentable showroom.
The successful concierge will have 3-5 years of work experience, including management, vendor management and/or project management. He or she should possess experience in a luxury showroom setting while interfacing with consumers and industry guests. The ideal candidate loves all aspects of hospitality!
The Concierge Coordinator will collaborate with 3rd party vendors to ensure that all guest needs are managed at the highest levels, the concierge will be the first line of service for our stakeholders, guiding and helping with duties including but not limited to: hotel accommodations, car service reservations, restaurant bookings and other duties that may need detailed attention will become 45% of your daily operations.
The successful candidate will have an unwavering commitment to customer service with the ability to build productive relationships, understand and guide guests through LG’s customer service policies.
As concierge you will lead by following all emergency procedures and must understand all safety policies to ensure guest safety.
The concierge will report to the Experiential Marketing and Events Manager
Main contact with DSM/ RSM and our 3rd party vendors for scheduling guest arrivals for training programs
Serve as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) liaison between the guest and internal team members
Manage vendors’ invoices for approval processing
Maintain conference rooms for meetings, manage scheduling, set up and tear down
Assist in coordinating and organizing showroom events, open houses and training
Assist in the development and maintenance or necessary revisions of office administrative procedures
Assist in the purchase and maintenance of office materials and equipment (office supplies, cleaning and kitchen
supplies, copiers, faxes, phones,
computers, printers, etc.).
Assist in maintaining office filing systems, so that accessing information is dependable, smooth and effortless.
Greet clients and guests with courtesy and professionalism
Politely answer phones, direct calls and take messages
The Concierge Coordinator for the showroom will provide assistance to the sales teams to ensure invitations are tailored to training program specifications
Operational duties will include providing reservations to travel agents to ensure the best pricing for airfares
Communicate with hotel to secure room blocks
Communicate with the transportation provider regarding set up schedules
Maintain current running spreadsheets of guest invitation and all cancellations
Maintain master training materials, including project experience lists, project tear sheets and other training materials for KPI evaluations.
Work closely with the training teams and assist in the coordination and assembly of all materials needed for weekly training programs
Assist in the development and/or design of marketing materials for client presentations, advertising,
or special projects.
Manage training promotional items for various groups
Manage and negotiate costs with various vendors for showroom needs
Order showroom supply replenishments
Assist the training team when needed
Other duties as assigned by the Manager
o Proven track record with customers in a luxury setting ;Event/Hospitality management skills
o Strong written and verbal communication abilities
o Prior interpersonal relations with an emphasis on supervisory skills
o Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Cvent event platforms)
o Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) would be a plus
